Toshiba Satellite T200 Series announced for US, starts at $470
Toshiba has announced two new of T200 series thin and light laptops with AMD-based processors and an affordable price. The 11.6-inch Satellite T215 and 13.3-inch Satellite T235 both use Athlon II Neo processor. The Satellite T235 adds an option for faster Turion II Neo hardware or Intel’s CULV-based Pentium dual-core.
The Toshiba Satellite T215 eature an LED backlit 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, an AMD Athlon II Neo processor (with option for single or dual core), ATI graphics and Windows 7 Home Premium. It will come with 2GB of RAM, 320GB of storage. The Satellite T215 weighs in at 3.3 pounds.
The Satellite T235 will come with a choice of AMD Neo or an Intel Pentium Dual Core U5400 processor. It also support up to 4GB of DDR3 memory and is available with a 320GB hard drive. It weighs about 3.9 pounds.
Both also feature HDMI ports and built-in Webcams, as well as smart Toshiba features, like USB Sleep-and-Charge, Hard Drive Impact Sensors and Toshiba Media Controller, ReelTime and Bulletin Board.
The Satellite T200 series laptops starting at $469.99 MSRP and will be available on June 20.
