Toshiba is planning to launched a new SmartPad tablet at the IFA 2010 show at Berlin, Germany. The Toshiba SmartPad tablet will run Android on an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, with a 10-inch touchscreen display, according to earlier rumors.
