Panasonic announces Toughbook U1 Ultra with new sunlight-viewable screen
Panasonic has added the new Toughbook CF-U1 Ultra to their line-up of super durable computers. The computer is an upgraded version of the existing Toughbook CF-U1, that offers improved sunlight viewability, Windows 7 and faster performance.
The Toughbook U1 Ultra is equipped with a TransflectivePlus display for up to 6000 nit viewability in direct sunlight, 64GB solid state hard drive, 2GB of memory, an 1.6Ghz Intel Atom Z530 Processor, optional 2 megapixel camera and Windows 7. It also take advantage of the optional embedded features that including GPS, barcode readers (1D, 1D/2D), fingerprint reader and mobile broadband.
The Toughbook U1 Ultra runs for $2,799 and available in the United States now.
