LG has launched its new 10.1-inch X140 netbook that come with HD-ready (1,366 x 768) with an anti-glare display and a 1.83GHz Intel Atom N475 processor.

The new LG X140 sports new Smart POP utility that comes with a superb functions on the home screen. These functions include file transfers to/from PC and mobile phones, voice call and SMS with mobile broadband connection and Outlook sync to transfer between the Netbook and handphones.

The LG X140 also has a 320GB hard drive, 2GB memory, integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics, 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth. It runs WIndows 7 Starter Edition.

The LG X140 comes in white, pink and black and expected to launch in Asia and the Middle East market at pricing around US$500.
