Intel planning to show off next generation Atom chips at IDF 2011
Intel is planning to show off their Cedar Trail CPUs at IDF 2011 on April 13th in Beijing, China.
The news comes from UMPC Portal who noticed a session that Intel has got a session titled “Designing a New Generation of Netbooks with the Intel Atom Processor Based Platform”, which topics covered in next generation Intel Atom processor, WiFi solutions for new netbook models and fanless netbook designs.
The next generation Intel Atom processor named Cedar Trail. The chips have expected to offer Intel Wireless Display and Wireless Audio technologies for wirelessly stream up to 720p HD video and audio to a TV.
