HP announces Pavilion DM1 laptop with AMD Fusion
HP has announced the refresh Pavilion DM1 budget ultraportable laptop which comes with AMD Fusion chips. The HP Pavilion DM1 will be powered by the 1.6 GHz AMD E-350 dual-core APU and with that comes DirectX 11 compatible GPU and full-HD 1080p video playback. HP Pavilion dm1 features HP CoolSense Technology, which combines advanced hardware and intelligent cooling software for a notebook that feels noticeably cooler.
HP Pavilion DM1 comes with a dual-core 1.6-GHz AMD Vision E-350 APU, which includes Radeon HD 6310M graphics. It has a 11.6-inch 1366×768 resolution display, 3GB of RAM, 320GB HDD, an SD card reader, 3 USB ports, HDMI and VGA out, and an Ethernet port. The HP Pavilion dm1 weighs 1.6-kg with a six-cell 55WHr battery claiming to offer 10 hours of battery life.
HP will be launching the Pavilion dm1 until January 9th with starting price at $450.
