ASUS has confirmed availability and pricing of the Eee Pad Transformer in the UK. The tablet will be available from April 6th with cost £379 for the 16GB version and an extra £50 for the keyboard dock while the 32GB version priced at £429.

The Asus Eee Pad Tranformer features a 10.1-inch IPS Gorilla Glass display with 1280 x 800 resolution, a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, 1GB of memory, 16GB/32GB/64GB of storage, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, 1.2MP front facing camera, 5MP rear camera, HDMI, audio jack, and microSD card reader. It’s also available an optional detachable keyboard with a touchpad and chiclet-style keys. The tablet measures 0.51 inches thick and weighs 1.49 pounds.

Asus suggests you should be able to get up to 9.5 hours of battery life, and adding the keyboard dock could increase your battery life to 16 hours.
