As previously reported that the AMD Ontario chipset will launch ahead of schedule in Q4 2010. It’s a low power chip built with a 40nm processor that targeted for ultraportables and netbooks.
DigiTimes is reporting that the leading laptop manufacturers including Acer, Asus, and HP are planning to launch Ontario-powered for their new netbook and ultra-thin laptops in the first quarter of next year.
