Acer launches Aspire One AOD255 dual core Atom netbook

Acer has announced its dual core version of the Acer Aspire One AOD255 netbook, it’s available for pre-order from Amazon. The Aspire One AOD255 includes a new dual-core Atom N550 processor, along with 1GB of DDR3 RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and Windows 7 Starter. Additional Aspire One AOD255 models comes with a single-core Atom N450 processor.

The Aspire One AOD255 has a 10.1-inch LEd backlit screen, a 1.3MP webcam, 250GB hard drive 1GB of DDR3 RAM, 802.11b/g/n WiFi and is available in four colors –red, black, brown, and aquamarine.
